New Patients

New patients are seen by referral. An electronic referral form or a printable version is available for your convenience. The patient can telephone us or we will make contact directly to arrange a consultation appointment and give directions to the practice.

The initial consultation appointment will be for one hour. A second appointment of half an hour is usually required to discuss and agree the proposed treatment plan. Any patients travelling a long distance will normally be offered a combined appointment of one and a half hours, thus avoiding the need for a second visit.

A comprehensive report and treatment plan will be sent to the referring dentist or doctor along with a copy of the radiographs. Unless by prior arrangement with the referring dentist, no treatment will be carried out at the initial consultation appointment.
